There is currently an issue with some devices that have been updated to Windows 11 (or if a new device has Windows 11 installed on it) where the standard suppression changes required (featured in this blog here) need a further step.
If you are aware that your sound is dipping in and out and have carried out the suppression steps already, please:
Click on the small arrow next to where it says ‘Mute’ and select ‘Audio Settings’
Then select ‘Advanced’ at the bottom of the settings window
Finally, change ‘Signal processing by Windows audio divide drivers’ to Off (Windows – Raw)
We expect Zoom to resolve this issue with Windows 11, but for now, here is the temporary fix!
